Terms & Conditions
Renting Information: Renter must have valid
driver's license and major credit card, and be
between the ages of 25-75. See surcharge for
renting drivers aged 23 and 24. Budget accepts
Debit cards with the Visa logo, however, LDW and
Prepaid gas is mandatory with DEBIT CARDS.
Vehicle make is as shown or an equivalent. All
major credit cards accepted.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours in advance on all
cars (excluding convertibles); 7 days in advance
on convertibles, SUVs, Jeep Wranglers, Vans.
Failure to cancel will result in charge of one
day
rental.
Airport Tax - 7%
Additional driver charge: Spouse $3.00 a day;
other person $5.00 per day
Underage Fee (24 years) - $10.00 per day
Underage Fee (23 years) - $20.00 per day
Prepaid Gas - current market prices
Vehicle License Fee (VLF) .50˘ per day
(effective Dec 2008 .75˘ per day).
